It's a little computer chip they would put in TV's to block out violence (i.e. sexuality, killing, strong language) But the only thing is, it would cost our 'rents a dollor extra a month. I think that if a person wants to fill their mind with trash, it's their problem. I also think it's a waste of money. I'm not for it.
